The renovated “Palace Wellness” re-opens at the start of the winter season. Under the direction of Wellness Advisor, Martha Wiedemann, a unique place has been created which unites specialised wellness facilities and treatments in conjunction with the nature and beauty of the Engadin valley. “Palace Wellness” is a refuge designed to follow the excellence, tradition and history of the Badrutt's Palace Hotel.

The Far East on "Top of the World"

This winter there are two guest chefs cooking up a first class storm of exotic dishes in “Le Bistro”. The highly acclaimed Ian Kittichai, born in Thailand, is creating an excellent modern Thai menu from 20th to 24th Janauary 2010. Following on from last year’s great success at the Gourmet Festival, Indian star chef, Vineet Bhatia, returns to Badrutt’s Palace Hotel serving his interpretation of Indian cuisine in “Le Bistro” from 24th to 28th February 2010. Sweet Temptations

A delight for all the senses: Chef Patissier Stefan Gerber invites guests on 13th January, 9th, 10th and 11th March 2010 to join a two and a half hour long Chocolate Course in the kitchens of the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, providing an insight into the Swiss art of making chocolate. Under professional step by step instruction the process of how to create tempting little chocolate from pure chocolate is shown. Altogether several delicious varieties are produced and to round it off the participants can sample their creations with a glass of champagne .

17th St. Moritz Gourmet Festival

The 17th St. Moritz Gourmet Festival is themed “Stars and Icons.” Badrutt’s Palace Hotel is particularly proud to be hosting a guest chef with 3 Michelin stars. The Catalan-born Santi Santamaria is undoubtedly one of the best chefs in the world. His restaurant “Can Fabes” in Sant Celoni, Spain, has been awarded 3 Michelin stars every year since 1994.
