Music that soothes the soul, music to dance to until the early hours of the morning, classical, electronic, old and new: no matter what rocks your world, music plays a very melodious role in Badrutt’s Palace Hotel.
Every year, stars of international renown perform on stage in Badrutt’s Palace Hotel to the delight of guests and visitors alike. Imagine an evening of amazing musical entertainment with gifted artists like Toto Cotugno, Umberto Tozzi, Dita von Teese, Ornella Vanoni, Roger Hodgson from Supertramp, and Michael Bolton! Each year, the InConcert@Badrutt’s Palace Hotel series presents night after night the world’s finest performers, who fill your ears and heart with music – not to mention creating unforgettable memories.
Of course, there’s more to Badrutt’s Palace Hotel’s music selection than modern pop and rock. To ensure that classical music lovers don’t miss out, the hotel has instituted the »Musikfestival Badrutt’s Palace« festival. Celebrating its 6th outing this winter, the festival brings the best classical music to the stage. In January 2016, the theme was »Pure Beethoven«: the »Sinfonia Amadei« orchestra and conductor Lukas Reinitzer performed Beethoven’s glorious symphonies on historical instruments, creating a sound so pure and authentic that the maestro himself would have been proud. After the première of the first music festival in summer 2014, the response was so enthusiastic that Badrutt’s Palace Hotel decided to continue this classical highlight to create new memories for music lovers. As a result, more delightful compositions will be coming your way during the 2017/2018 winter season.
Last but by no means least, the legendary ‹King’s Club› is all about music too. Switzerland’s oldest discotheque, the King’s Club is an absolute legend in St. Moritz, with its glitzy parties, avant-garde music and exclusive and elegant ambience. During the winter season, the club is the place to see and be seen, the perfect spot to dance the night away and to enjoy themed parties including Bollywood Night and Chinese New Year.
The King’s Club is also home to the Music Summit St. Moritz – the world’s highest altitude electronic and dance music festival. Every year, the world’s top DJs flock to Engadin to perform at several venues in St. Moritz, the King’s Club being one of them. Party people can enjoy out-of-this-world DJ sets played by visiting artists from electronic and dance music meccas such as the Ministry of Sound and Pacha Ibiza, a real treat that unites dance music fans in St. Moritz each March.
So no matter what kind of music sets your soul on fire, Badrutt’s Palace Hotel has something in store for you. All you have to do is sit back, relax and let the music carry you away, or put on your dancing shoes and party the night away to the hip sounds of the latest hits.
