Enjoy a plant-based fine dining menu in our new pop-up restaurant KLE. Vegan chef Zineb Hattab, owner of Restaurant KLE in Zurich, celebrates plant-based cuisine like no other. Two years after opening her first restaurant, she became the first vegan chef in Switzerland to be awarded a red and a green Michelin star in recognition of her sustainable practices.
